Three Cheese Souffle recipe

Not nearly as tricky nor stuck in the 90s as it sounds, a cheese soufflé is a great way to use up left over cheese from during the week and frankly with a few young salad leaves and a glass of Viognier, it’s a quick and easy Friday night dinner. Here’s a great recipe for cheese soufflé from BBC Good Food that promises an easy bake with the minimal of ingredients. Don’t just stick to cheddar, you can use any cheese here, parmesan, blue cheese or goats cheese. Bon appetit x
