You know when you need a Breton top to be a little more than a simple long sleeved tee? Well Seasalt Cornwall has the perfect little number for your spring wardrobe.
I’m All About the Stripes.
As you know, I love a stripe – whether that’s for strolling in the evening on the sand post Moules Frites in Ile de Ré or keeping a chill off on the beach in Southwold at Christmas time. Sometimes you need your stripe to be a bit more heavyweight mind.
I’m new to the Seasalt Cornwall fan club but what I’ve seen so far I absolutely love – so many stripes and beautiful linen tops to add a little je ne sais quoi to your French style wardrobe.
But this one – well isn’t this just peachy?
Made from 95% organic cotton, this top feels super soft and with a touch of elastane it has a nice bit of stretch too. I love the way it can be worn red side or blue – how versatile.
I’ve always loved anything Cornish – I got a place at Falmouth studying journalism many moons ago and I’ve always regretted not taking up my place by the sea!
With a super little vintage sailor inspired turned over collar, I think this looks great for each walks to keep off a chill. I love the idea of pulling this on in the evening to snuggle up and eat outdoors, even if it is still a bit breezy!
Loving the way you can turn back the sleeves to show just a smidge of the lovely interior colour.
